Germany's Federal Minister for Digital, Karsten Wildberger, set the tone: "Sovereignty is not isolation. It is openness from a position of strength." Across the floor, the conversation had moved from whether to adopt sovereign AI to how quickly it can be deployed. Infercom exhibited at the Luxembourg Pavilion and met with Stéphanie Obertin, Luxembourg's Minister for Digitalization.
